Refund policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Custom or personalized orders

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards

To initiate a return, please email us at 2kutedesigns@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged upon arrival).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help! Exchanges are subject to product availability. Email us at 2kutedesigns@gmail.com to get started.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll make it right ASAP.
