  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Custom or personalized orders may require extra time—we’ll notify you if there are any delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Please note that delivery estimates may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


International Orders

We ship worldwide! However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, 2KuteDesigns is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package has been shipped.


Wrong Address or Lost Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
